Ossen Innovation Co Ltd a China based manufacturer of an array of plain surface, rare earth and zinc coated pre stressed steel materials, announced the results of the annual general meeting of its stockholders, which was held in Shanghaion December 3rd 2012.

At the AGM, stockholders

1. Approved the re-election of Liang Tang, Wei Hua, Junhong Li, Xiaobing Liu, Yingli Panand Zhongcai Wu as directors to serve on Ossen's board until the next annual general meeting or such director's successor is duly elected and qualified

2. Ratified the appointment of BDO China Dahua CPA Co Ltd. as the Company's independent registered accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2012.
